The Kotel is a painting of togetherness—a glimpse of the place that gathers every soul, every story, every tear. It is a portrait of Am Yisrael standing before the stones that have witnessed our highest hopes and deepest pain, and have never stopped holding space for us all.
Figures fill the foreground—men, women, children—each painted with their own form and color, yet all drawn to the same sacred center. There is no distance here, no separation. Only hearts turned upward, anchored by the strength of the Wall and the presence of one another.
As I painted, I felt the quiet power of this place—not just in its holiness, but in its ability to unite. At the Kotel, we don’t stand alone. We stand side by side, each carrying our own prayers, yet joined in something eternal.
The Kotel is a painting of unity, of longing, and of return. A reminder that no matter where we’ve been, we are always drawn back—to this wall, to each other, and to Hashem.
